Remodel my restaurant or bust! Has any remodel ever gone according to plan? I really need to know. I have never been so frustrated in my whole life. Banks are the worst and make you think there are no alternatives but to go according to their rules and regulations. I have been planning to remodel my restaurant for the last year and half. We need a new kitchen design and equipment, along with new seating. The seating I planned on paying for in cash and for the kitchen equipment I was going to get a line of credit. I got pre approved for the amount I needed and found a contractor who would be able to do the work for less than I anticipated. I went to the bank to finish the line of credit paperwork and low and behold there was a catch. They found some blemish on my credit and would only qualify me for half of what they originally told me. What a crock I have checked my credit with the 3 bureaus and found nothing I have a score of 800. I have been in business for 8 years and have used this bank for personal and business use. Now I’m stuck the contractor started working and I only had enough to give him the down payment. I didn’t know what to do until I turned to the World Wide Web – what a terrific invention. There are funds available to all kinds of businesses especially restaurants. I learned that a restaurant business cash advance gives business owners the ability to use their future credit card receipts and get upfront funds. Here was the way I was going to be able to fund the rest of my remodel. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. The application took me a few minutes to fill out and I heard from a customer service agent within a half an hour. All I had to show was that I had been in business for at least a yr, I process credit cards, have no open bankruptcies and my credit card sales were at least $5000 a month. I thought it was a joke but no that was it. I got the money within the week. Never again will go through a bank, this is my new way of getting money for my restaurant….
