Google has recently launched a new feature that will include social results when you type in a term to search. They're calling it Search+. This works only if you use Google+, the company's new social media platform. If you're logged in, it will include based on your social interactions.

Now, when you search for something, there are two results that appear. The "personal results" are the default. You can easily switch to "public results" with the click of a button. In the photo below, the green arrow shows the button.
